1886
Four generations ago no one wanted a house in Santorini and especially in the Caldera. This area was considered poor because crops couldn't grow easily here. But our grandfather loved the peace of this place and decided to build his house here.
1956
After many many years the house itself was abandoned after going though World War II. After a big earthquake our grandfather (captain Michalis) decided to maintain it and started hosting his friends from all over the world.
2021
135 years later, in the spirit of upholding true Greek hospitality just as Grandpa Michalis did, we decided to open our house to share our culture with people from all over the world, like you.

Our villa is perfectly located in Imerovigli, a village between Fira, the island’s lively capital, and Oia, the world-famous sunset village. The neighborhood combines peace and privacy with the convenience of nearby restaurants, cafés, and shops. From fine dining to casual local spots, everything is close by. It truly offers the best of both worlds: breathtaking caldera views without the crowds.
What makes our location even more special is that the villa sits right on the ancient caldera path, a scenic walking route that dates back centuries that is considered one of the most beautiful walks in the world. Staying here means waking up to endless blue, peaceful silence, and the raw beauty of untouched nature, a rare sense of calm that’s hard to find on such a popular island.
